Camp structure includes daily ice sessions, classroom sessions, off-ice sessions, and lunch. Detailed camp schedules are based on camp location and dates. 

• Ice Sessions are focused on skating, puck handling, puck protection, shooting, passing, small areas games, and competition.

• Off-Ice Skills are focused on stickhandling, puck shooting, strength training, warm up/cool down. 

• Classroom Sessions are focused on leadership topics, team building activities, women's hockey opportunities. 

*Registration fee also includes a jersey and daily lunch.

Camps are open to ages 8-18. *All camps are open to all - only limited by age or camp numbers. Each age group is limited to 30 participants per camp. Age Groups:

10U Camp - Ages 8-10. *RECENTLY updated to include 8 year old players to this age group  

12U Camp - Ages 11-12.       

13+/HS Camp - Ages 13-18.
