Camp structure includes daily ice sessions, classroom sessions, and off-ice sessions. Detailed camp schedules are based on camp location and dates. 

• Ice Sessions are focused on skating, puck handling, puck protection, shooting, passing, small areas games, and competition.

• Off-Ice Skills are focused on stickhandling, puck shooting, strength training, warm up/cool down, and team games. 

• Classroom Sessions are focused on leadership topics, team building activities, women's hockey opportunities, mental skills training, and nutrition. 

*Registration fee also includes a t-shirt and jersey.

Camps are open to ages 7-18. 8U/10U/12U age groups are limited to 40 participants per age group/camp. 13+/HS age group is limited to 30 participants per age group/camp. Once age group camps are full - you will be added to a wait list.

Age Groups:

8U/10U/12U Camp - Ages 7-12.      

13+/HS Camp - Ages 13-18.

*Players will be grouped by age/skill level for ice sessions.

*Register your player for the age group they will be during camp dates.
